Medium caves are $18.99 each. Choose Black, Sand, or Gray and your quantity on the products page. Caves-only orders use U.S. Standard Ground Shipping for $5.99 without a minimum. If your cart contains fish, the entire order uses overnight shipping or free local pickup. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

Order live fish online

Combine available fish species and packages in one shopping cart. Local Pickup is free with no minimum for orders containing fish, including any Pleco caves in that cart. Overnight Live-Fish Shipping is $54.99 and requires $50 in live-fish merchandise before shipping and tax. U.S. shipping only; taxes are calculated by Stripe at checkout. We will contact you to coordinate pickup or the shipment date.

How inquiry-only orders work

Send an inquiry. Include the fish, plants, or products you want, the quantity, and your ZIP code.

We confirm the details. We’ll check availability, agree on a delivery plan, and tell you the item price and shipping cost before asking for payment.

Be ready for delivery. For live fish, arrange to receive the package promptly and have their aquarium ready. We’ll share shipment and tracking details once the order ships.

Live fish

Monday · Overnight

Fish ship on Mondays by overnight service. Overnight shipping is $54.99 for online livestock orders of $50 or more before shipping and tax. Local pickup is free.

We’ll agree on the delivery address and expected delivery date before shipping.
Please be available when the fish arrive and inspect them right away.
We will hold a fish shipment when forecast temperatures fall below 40°F or rise above 90°F at our location, your destination, or a major transit point during the trip. Storms or carrier disruptions may also require a delay. We’ll coordinate a safer Monday rather than send the fish into risky conditions.

Aquarium plants

Multi-day service

Plant-only orders can use a shipping service that takes a couple of days. We’ll confirm the service, cost, and expected delivery timing for your destination before payment.

We’ll pack plants to protect them during transit.
Timing may change if weather could affect the shipment.
If plants and fish are ordered together, ask us to confirm the shipping plan for the full order.

3D products

Standard ground

Finished 3D products can ship by standard ground. We’ll confirm production time, shipping cost, and an estimated delivery window before payment.

Custom work may need additional production time.
Items will be protected for shipment according to their shape and finish.

How we prepare a package

We check each order before dispatch and choose packaging suited to its contents. Fish, plants, and printed products have different needs during transit, so the packing materials may vary with the order, weather, and destination. We’ll confirm the packing plan for your order while arranging shipment.

Live-fish arrival and claims

Inspect the package as soon as the carrier marks it delivered. Bring the fish inside and check every bag before opening it. If a fish appears dead on arrival, photograph or video the affected fish clearly while it is still in the unopened bag, along with the shipping label or packing information.

Email the images to info@ichthys-studio.com within two hours of the carrier’s recorded delivery time. Include your name, order details, and the affected fish. After you have documented the issue, attend to the remaining live fish promptly. We will refund the price paid for each fish confirmed dead on arrival. The shipping charge is not refunded under this policy. If another part of the order has a problem, contact us promptly so we can review it together.
